I book my weekly community classes on a term-by-term basis which reflect the school holidays. Please get in contact to receive more information and book.

Class Styles
Beginners:
Perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to Pilates after a break. We begin with the Pilates fundamentals and gradually build each week. The class pace is gentle to give opportunity to build understanding and awareness. Exercises can be adapted with modifications and variations as needed.
Improvers:
Designed for individuals with a some foundational understanding of Pilates, ideally with prior class experience before joining an Improvers level. This class is taught at a slightly faster pace incorporating some more challenging movements. While previous experience is recommended, it’s not essential as exercises can be modified and tailored to suit individual needs.
Intermediate:
This class is for those who have previous experience of Pilates (either at Flow Pilates or elsewhere) and a solid foundation of all the Pilates principles. Classes are taught at a faster tempo with less rest and including more challenging exercises. It is recommended that individuals have attended a beginners or Improvers class before attending an Intermediate session.
